EstimateHarbor is a tool for generating, storing, and delivering Good Faith Estimate documents under the No Surprises Act. You enter the information; the service formats it into a PDF with the required disclosures and, if you choose, emails it to your client. We do not review, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy of information you enter, and we are not a law firm — nothing in the service is legal advice about your specific compliance obligations.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the client, provider, and pricing information you enter, for delivering estimates within the timelines the No Surprises Act requires, and for complying with any state or payer-specific rules beyond what this service covers. You represent that you have the authority to enter and store the client information you submit.
The Free plan stores one estimate. Paid plans (Solo and Clinic) are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don’t offer refunds for partial months. If your subscription lapses, previously created estimates remain accessible, but you won’t be able to create new ones beyond the Free plan’s limit, and renewal reminders stop.
See the privacy policy and data & PHI notice for how information is stored and encrypted, and what happens if you delete your account.
We aim to keep the service available and estimates deliverable on time, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime. EstimateHarbor is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date, and, where required, communicated by email.
