Why isn’t there a per-client fee? Because the point of this tool is to make issuing a GFE routine, not something you ration to save money.
What happens to a client’s data if I cancel? Stored estimates and their hosted links keep working. You can still download PDFs. You just can’t create new ones past the free plan’s limit, and reminders stop.
Clinic plan seats: one login manages up to 5 clinicians; each estimate is attributed to the clinician who saw the client. It’s not built for larger group practices with separate logins per clinician — for that, talk to us via the contact page.
